For veterans rebuilding momentum, a real job with real coaching — and a community that's invested in where you're headed next.
The ETS internship is a 6–12 month paid position designed to rebuild the rhythm, confidence, and references that lead to full-time employment.
Interns fill a real role — maintenance around the VREC or a barista shift at Rick's Coffee Bar — working anywhere from 5 to 20 hours a week. Alongside the work comes weekly life- and career-coaching: the accountability and support that turn a job into a launching pad.

A real, paid position with a flexible 5–20 hour week that fits where you are.
One-on-one life- and career-coaching to set goals and keep you moving toward them.
Hands-on experience and habits that transfer directly to your next job.
Finish with people who know your work and will vouch for it.
You're surrounded by veterans and staff who want to see you win.
